The systems we live and work in reward speed, control, unbridled growth, and compliance. They have brought us to the threshold of a metacrisis — ecological, social, and spiritual. For those who sense the need to live and lead differently — with intention, compassion, agency, and care — the path often feels lonely.

Sahaj Collective exists as a countercurrent. Sahaj means easeful. It reminds us that sustained change — both inner and outer — takes root not in force, but in the conditions of ease: spaces where we can pause, compost what is heavy, and allow new ways of being to emerge.

In the body of the world

The world lives in our bodies. Its grief, its beauty, its inherited wounds - all of it finds a home somewhere in our nervous system, whether or not we have words for it. This is a free gathering to honor that. To feel what we carry. To be witnessed in it. And to discover, together, that wholeness is not a solitary project.
This will be an intimate gathering of 8-10 people to honor the sacredness of a container like this. If you register but the places are full, you will be invited to the next similar workshop. Anyone who feels called is welcome to register. There are no prerequisites for this kind of remembering.

When: New moon day, March 18, 2026, 7 PM IST (8:30 AM EST, 2:30 PM CET) for 120 minutes
